Description

Currently the extension manager doesn't work without prototype, but as it's a whole ExtJS application this shouldn't be the case. Would be a nice first step to ban the prototype framework from the backend modules.

Mix-up in the terms I guess, reading the rest, I'd say it's "EM does not work without prototype" :)
