Description

Sometimes you might want to adapt TCA of all Tables.
This you usually do in extTables.

If extensions are Load after the Extension which does this modifications, their Tables would not be modified as they are not defined upon processing.

This especially is a problem for sysexts which are - most times - loaded before user-extensions.
There are 3 places within core, where extTables.php is included.

Put a postLoading to all places.
