The action (sys_action) menu beside search field doesn't work

Description

The links to the actions (sys_action) are broken in the Action menu next to the search box. Perhaps because the link does not use the jump method as onclick action. Btw. there are two equal signs in the URL after the "SET [function]" parameter:

/typo3/mod.php?M=user_task&SET[function]==sys_action.tx_sysaction_task&show=1

The extensions "task center" and "sys_action" must be installed and there must exist at least one task. After reloading the entire backend, next to the search appears a coffee cup, which is the action menu. However, the action menu works again in version 4.6.3, so the bug seems to be obsolete.
