Description
This task removes all code fragments marked as deprecated and which should be removed in 4.7.
I'm already working on this one. Push follows soon.

This patch still misses the removal of:
- alt_topmenu_dummy.php (still referenced in JS code of alt_clickmenu.php)
- direct usage of showpic.php
- fe_adminLib.inc still uses t3lib_htmlmail
- forceCharset (config option)
- multiplyDBfieldSize (config option)
- code from tx_simulatestatic (see also http://forge.typo3.org/issues/25099)
