Javascript labels are brocken

Description
To have localized labels in javascript, the locallang labels are compiled into an JS-object.
tx_t3editor->getJavaScriptLabelsFromLocallang
However, it seems the syntax of the lang label array changed.

Yes, that had to be changed for XLIFF implementation

I've already thought of XLIFF is the reason. I think (when reading the code) the recycler will have the same issue (i had took getJavaScriptLabelsFromLocallang from there)
