RTE chaotic   spreading

Description

We have a new Problem with the RTE. Even in simple texts without any formatting the RTE changes some normal spaces into   while saving the element. If I use the remove format tool with the 'Non-breaking spaces' option and save, the RTE don´t touch the correct spaces.
