BE Language change don't take effect on TopFrame and Fileuploader

Description
If you switch the Backend-Language the TopFrame will not be changed.
See attached Screenshot after chenging from english to german.
The Logout Button and Searchfiled is still in english.
Also the Flash-Uploader in the Filelist-Module appears in the previous Language.
Temporary Solution: Refresh the Backend or relogin.
This Problem appears in TYPO3 4.5x, 4.6x and 4.7beta3
Tested with Firefox Browser.

and therefore the flashmessage "Notice! In order to activate most of these changes, please reload the backend (eg. logout and login again)." is shown after pressing save in the user settings module. still see this then as a bug?

You are right - i havn't read this message.
But other people does also see this as an error.
I arrange TYPO3-Courses and the participants always note this problem.
I think an automatic page-reload would be great. In a perfect world with reopening the settings-module ;-)
