Sending elements to publish stage twice reverts changes

Description
When you use the Action dropdown and send the same version of an element to the "Publish" (i.e. LIVE) workspace (e.g. by having two tabs open at the same time), the element will get swapped twice, resulting in the changes being lost.

Is this still an issue in newer versions of TYPO3 CMS (6.2.9)?
