Comments are not displayed on move placeholders

Description
When moving elements to a new location and then sending them to the next stage, the comments entered are not displayed. This is because in the code, the elements are loaded by the Service_Workspaces in method "getMoveToPlaceHolderFromPages", and for this method the results are not enriched (as in the other methods) by their comments.
To reproduce, open a workspace and cut/paste an element from one page to another, then send that element to the next stage and enter a comment. When you enable the "comments" column in the grid, you will see that the comment is not being displayed.
