Enhance suggest wizard by adding flags

Description
the asynchronous suggest wizard in tce forms lists matching records without giving any information on the records language, so the editor has to decide on the records title which record to select.
an improvment to that would be to add a little flag next to the record icon, so one can see to language of the record with one glance.
this could be taken even further to group original and translated records and indent the translated ones.

Looks good.
Maybe the default language icon (mod.SHARED.defaultLanguageFlag) could also be displayed (if set) to make the experience consistent.
This might require some feedback from the UX team, please consider opening an issue there first (http://forge.typo3.org/projects/usability).

Hm, this is a TSConfig option, right? So it can vary on different parts of the page tree. Calling the suggest-wizards with the same sword from different parts of the page tree could therefore result in different flags for non-translated records.

I'm not sure about the usecase. Isn't this a misconfiguration of the suggest wizard somehow? Shouldn't it select only the default language for relations?
