Description

In the Feature #35818 WinCache backend was added and targeted to 6.0. I would like to suggest a small change.

Method has() could be shorter ;-) Using WinCache function wincache_ucache_exists() we get what we need. Whole method body could be written in one line.

return wincache_ucache_exists($this->identifierPrefix . $entryIdentifier);
