Description

If "Stop Page Tree" is set for a page, it is possible to set temporary DB treemounts in the element browser/link browser. If such a treemount
is set, a notice is displayed right above the tree.

This notice is not present when the link browser "browser.php" is used (e.g. page links in a FlexForm). Therefore a previously set mount cannot be cancelled.

Steps to reproduce:

You need a pagetree with sub-pages. One of the parent pages needs to have "Stop Page Tree" set in the page properties.
Add or edit a plugin which uses FlexForms and has a link field (e.g. tt_address, tt_news).
Open the link browser and set a temporary tree mount by clicking the red cross.
The tree mount will be set, but you won't have a notice and therefore you cannot cancel it.
Apply the patch.
Test again - it should work
