I think it is needed. You must consider a more complex setup than what you get when just instaling the Scheduler. In a real-world install (and assuming that usage of the Scheduler will grow enthusiastically ;-) ), you may have quite a lot of tasks available. So it may be convenient to have a screen where you can view all available tasks with a description of what they do, especially when they are more elaborate than the test and sleep tasks of the Scheduler.

Furthermore, the "Scheduled tasks" view shows only the actually scheduled tasks, but not all possible tasks available. And I would rather not add the description there, so as not to clutter the interface.

For there reasons I would like to keep the "Information" screen. Does that make more sense now?
