TMENU: trying to hide NO also hides ACT or CUR

Description
If you unset NO or set it NO=0 then also no items for ACT or CUR are displayed (although configured).
Workaround:
NO.doNotShowLink = 1
- Status changed from New to Needs Feedback
- Assignee set to Mathias Schreiber
- Is Regression set to No
Do you have a usecase for that?
NO needs to be set and if you don't want a link, use the way you described :)

Furthermore, in TSREF documentation http://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/TyposcriptReference/MenuObjects/CommonItemStates/Index.html
it is stated that the NO state is required.
