When you click on Extension Manager, it returns: Fatal error: Call to a member function file() on a non-object in ...\typo3\sysext\core\Classes\Resource\Driver\LocalDriver.php on line 530

To Duplicate Problem, Install Uniform Server from sourceforge and Blank Typo3 6.0.1
