Loading a record with multiple RTE's in IE8 takes very long

Description

If you want to open a record in the BE of TYPO3 (I am using 4.5.20) with multiple RTE's (6 in my case). I takes very long (about 20 seconds) for you can edit the record. This happens only in Internet Explorer 8. If you're using FireFox 18 for example, you can directly edit the record.

Can you check again on master?
Stan removed a lot of the ExtJS overhead
