Design style to mark outdated extensions

Description
In the list of installed / loaded extensions the outdated extensions should be visually marked and the tooltip should explain why they are outdated.
Please supply a layout for versions 4.5, 4.6, 4.7.

Has already been fixed in all TYPO3 Versions several weeks ago - See #49350.

Not done for me yet, just because there is a patch.
But how douse it look like? The question is still open.
