EM: Scheduler task does not update 'last update time'

Description
Updating extension list is working with the scheduler task however the 'last update time' shown in the EM isn't updated.
When you look at the 'Status Report' you will see that extension list is shown as 'not up to date'.

- Category set to Extension Manager
- Status changed from New to Accepted
- Priority changed from Should have to Must have
- TYPO3 Version changed from 6.1 to 6.0
