Description

Without having a LocalConfiguration.php TYPO3 initially launches the installer. If however for example you have entered database-credentials but didn't yet select a database and interrupt the install-process at this stage there is no way back. You can't enter the install-process again using the main site-url or the /install url or so. That only gives an exception since no database was selected.
