Copying a RTE text with image to a second language throws error

Description

Copy a content element from type "Text" with text and one image in the RTE over "Copy default content elements" in a second language, then the error display:

"[newlog()] Trying to copy RTEmagic files (uploads/RTEmagicC_typo3_image2.jpg / uploads/RTEmagicP_typo3_image2) but one or both were missing"

But the content element, the RTE text with image, was copied correct in the second language.
