Provide a menu of categorized content elements

Description
In upcoming TYPO3 CMS 6.2, the tt_content table will use categories by default. I propose to add a new menu/sitemap type which displays a list of content elements from selected categories, similar to what was already done for pages. This way we have a fully usable solution out of the box regarding categories and the default categorized tables.
