Description

When strings were extracted from the admin panel code to language files, their meaning was changed to the opposite but the code was not changed. Original (4.x) code was:

$tableArr[] = array('no_cache:', $GLOBALS['TSFE']->no_cache ? 1 : 0);

So it displayed the "no_cache: 1" when the page is not cached.

Current code:

$tableArr[] = array($this->extGetLL('info_noCache'), $GLOBALS['TSFE']->no_cache ? 1 : 0);

and

<trans-unit id="info_noCache" xml:space="preserve">
<source>Page cached</source>
</trans-unit>

This means that "Page cached: 0" will be displayed in the admin panel when the page is actually cached. This can be verified easily: just click "Disable caching in the admin panel and see "Page cached: 1" in the "Info" section.
