Sort extensions by updatability

Description
By default, extensions that can be updated are at the bottom of the extension list.
Wouldn't it be better to rank them at the top so they don't get "lost"?

Hi,
by default the extension list is sorted alphabetically by extension key. It stores the sort state it was in in your browser. If the extensions to upgrade are at the bottom of the list, then likely you sorted the list already once. I would prefer to keep the alphabetical sorting. If you want to change the sorting, just click the Upd. table header. Do you agree, or do you still think something should be changed (if so: how?).
