Empty pages in list module look like errors

Description

If you click on a page with no records (sub pages, content elements, etc.) on it, you only get the title and then nothing but grey background.
This reminds me of the dreaded blank page because of some fatal error.

Obviously, there are no tables of records to display.
But the search and the checkboxes are missing, too, unlike with pages with records.

At least a message like "No records on this page" would be helpful.
