We have recently upgraded our TYPO3 installation to 6.2.3. In the backend, when looking at the Form type content element, the Form layout is skewed. In the Form content element, under the General Tab, in the Header section, the Link field is so long that it pushes the Date field to the right and we need to scroll over to find the Date field. The Header field appears to be oversized as well.

This form layout appeared properly in 6.1.8. Also, in a clean test installation of 6.2.3 the layout of the Form is also broken, so this does not appear to be a result of the upgrade to 6.2.3.
