Description
The change from #34621 leads to inclusion of hidden files, e.g. swap files of vim like `.system.ts.swp` which cannot be parsed…
Fix + test follows…

I suggest to abandon the patch here and work on the original issue.

Of course it was #34621 which introduced the change. But not as a regression, as one might think from your ticket here, but it was the feature-ticket that added DIR-includes at all.
…and another bugfix release that doesn't address this issue :-(
Please see (still open) bug #57914 for that.
In the current review for that (https://review.typo3.org/31694) it was mentioned that you could use the optional parameter to provide a list of file-extensions to include. So I guess that should help to just include .ts, .txt or whatever you currently use, right? I'd suggest to please discuss that in further detail in that review.
