Description

The problem was experienced on a system with:
  • activate EXT:tt_address (current master from git, version 3.0.0-dev)
  • inactive EXT:multishop, TER-version 3.0.4 with a dep on tt_address for '2.3.4-2.3.99'

Current behaviour:
Upon activation of multishop in EM tt_address is silently downgraded to the latest TER-version.

Expected behaviour:
Dialog showing which deps can not be met with a button "I know what I'm doing".
