Description

Hi there,

The Problem:

I have created a Backend Layout with empty config section, to assign it to folders.
When i open a Folder in the Page Module and select "Languages" instead of Columns, i see a column and its contents.

How to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Backend Layout, just give it a name, nothing else
  2. Create a new Page
  3. Assign the just created Backend Layout to the page.
  4. Edit the Page, set General->type to Folder, save and close
  5. Select the Page Module
  6. Select the new Folder
  7. switch (at the top of the columns view) from Columns to Languages (or Quick edit, there it's possible to create new content elements)

Reproduced with:

On 3 different TYPO3 6.2.4 installations from fresh installed to in use for a long time.
PHP independent
OS independent

Why is it important (for me)

a) I want to prevent editors to create content in sysfolders.
b) I think it's a bug. All Bugs should be fixed, or? ;)

Any reason why you do not use the permissions for that?
