Description

Currently installation of local Distributions is not possible.

Show local extensions also in "Distributions".

EXT: extensionmanager -> ExtensionRepository -> findLocationDistributions could be added & used.

What is the benefit as opposed to "just" installing the local extension? If you already have the distribution locally, can't you simply enable it?
