Description

TypoScriptFrontendController.php, settingLocale() points to a bugreport at http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=35050 which is said to be a dupe of https://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=18556 - and according to that bugreport is fixed since PHP 5.5. So we could remove the workaround in TYPO3 CMS 7.x (current master) which requires at least php 5.5.
