Filelist: Correct the titles of the translation buttons for the languages

Description
In the file list if you add a system language you have the ability too translate the meta data. For now the buttons for each language behave that they show no title if there is no translation present and show the filename if a translation was made.
The to-be behavior should be taht the title is the name of the language that is represented by the button.
