Calendar icon is not working for TCA date/datetime for IRRE records.

When I click on calendar icon I'm not getting the calendar to pick the day and set the date.
- Status changed from New to Needs Feedback
- Assignee set to Mathias Schreiber
What happens if you focus the field?
- Status changed from Needs Feedback to In Progress
- Assignee changed from Mathias Schreiber to Nicole Cordes
- Target version set to 7.1 (Cleanup)
It doesn't work even with focusing the input manually
works like a charm here on even on IE9.
Clicking works on FF and Chrome so I wonder if this is the same as #65055, thus rendering this ticket a dupe :)
