Enhance usability of ElementBrowser - Files

Description
When users want to add files to an Contentelement and open in ElementBrowser an directory with many files they have to scroll up again after deciding which files they wanna add to import or toggle their selection. Especially when users have 'Display thumbnails' active.
these Selections should be fixed on top of the ElementBrowser for faster editing.
