Description

Problem:
The mouse sometimes triggers the context sensitive help which needs few seconds to disappear.
For power users this bubble often does not contain valuable information and costs time.

Solution:
Add a user setting to disable those bubbles (better, more individual) instead of deactivating extension context_help.
