No returnUrl given in element-browser when opened from a "text with image"

Description
When adding images in "text with images" or so, the element-browser there doesn't seem to set a returnUrl yet, thus the Back-button does not appear there in the info-section.
(This showed up while testing #55787).

this is still valid for 6.2.14, but solved in 7 (latest master)
Step to reproduce
1) add "text with image" or "image" CE
2) click on "add image"
3) on the list of images, click on the "(i)" (INFO) icon
4) in the popup the info window is opened
5) the only way to go back to the image selection popup is hitting "backspace" on the keyboard, as there is no "Back" button (in version 7, it is present)
suggestion for v.7: add the back button also at the beginning of the window, and not only on the bottom, it would be more visible.

Can we use the fix from #55787 for 6.2 as well maybe?

Are those two separate issues? Because the patch you mention https://review.typo3.org/36848 uses the returnUrl and the description here states there is no returnUrl provided.
