Description
The same error message and behaviour as in #66880 appears in 6.2 (Connection Problem)

Please add a description on how to reproduce on 6.2.
According to the description in https://forge.typo3.org/issues/66880 I created a new workspace on 6.2-master, switched to production mode in install tool, cleared caches in BE.
Switching between workspaces via the workspace menu in the upper right does not trigger any errors.

#66880 is not really related here, as it was a regression from refactoring and only master was affected. I have removed the relation.
Unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the issue on a clean 6.2 installation.
