- add a page
- add multiple text elements to one column
- use the edit link in page module to open all of these elements at once
-> only last rte is properly initialized

Seems to be a good guess, for example: RteHtmlAreaApi has a method buildJavascriptConfiguration, which originally took the RTE number as argument. That argument was used to build a JavaScript array. Now it always gets 'editornumber', which changes this to an object and overrides itself, of course, as it tries to add the same key over and over again.
