Description

In Ticket #64386 a new API for registering own TypoScript content-object has been introduced.
While doing this the registration of core ContentObjects has been done only for TYPO3_mode == FE.

As a result there are no Core ContentElements available wenn using ContentObjectRenderer in CLI or Backend Context.

This breaks extensions like EXT:solr which use ContentObjectRenderer to create data.
