Tree rendering broken when not using BE|debug

Description
In case BE|debug = 0 the CSS for backend is compressed and concatenated.
Some CSS files are excluded from concatenation, like ExtJs theme (for trees).
Those CSS files get wrong paths for resources when being compressed.
