Description

Steps to reproduce:

TYPO3 version 7 (latest master) > file list > add new file > name:file1.css > try to edit file content:
1- it is impossible to type in content, the editor is blank;
2- save buttons don't work, only cancel
3- if adding content from outside, and editing again, the content is not loaded into the editor.
