Duplicate identifiers ext.saltedpasswords.configuration.message.warningForceSaltedNote and ext.saltedpasswords.configuration.message.warningRsaauthNotInstalledButConfigured:

Please remove invalid/rename accordingly since it looks like "new" since v7.
