Description

Resolve @todo of TcaFlex.php addData(): Split the provider into two parts, with the first one fetching DataStructure and DataValues, and the other one doing the data manipulation of these data structure and data values.

Will need adoption of unit tests, the tests for the second part can then work on the parsed array already. The second provider should probably throw exceptions if ds and dv are not yet arrays.
