Fix todo "@todo: flex provider should remove the TCEforms sub array for display conditions here as well" in FlexFormNoTabsContainer and "@todo: flex provider should remove the TCEforms sub array for display conditions here as well" in FlexFormTabsContainer.

Goal is to remove the 'tceforms' array level from the data structure and move the below arrray elements one level up for ['TCEforms']['displayCond'] cases. This is already done for similar constructs in removeTceFormsArrayKeyFromDataStructureElements() / removeElementTceFormsRecursive() and the additional handling could probably be incorporated in the recursive method.

Needs additional unit tests for TcaFlex, then ...
