Explicitly mark the columns to be processed by the data providers by providing a key in the data array that lists the required columns.
This key should be a simple array of column names that can be handled easily.

Add additional providers to

• Mark fields required for the title
• Mark fields required by showitemns and palettes
• Mark common fields like uid, l18n_parent, trans-orig-pointerfield and the like

Change the remove unused columns provider to remove anything that has not been marked by a prior provider
