Description
Allow to select whether to show the tsconfig_includes-field for users.

@Daniel Hinderink and just for the record: The solution you pointed to needs further discussion. But we agreed that tsconfig_includes (not present in 6.2, new in master) at least needs exclude=1 set as well. The patch did so now.
