Good: sysext/documentation/README.rst is given.
Problem: sysext/documentation/Settings.cfg is missing.

A Settings.yml is not needed. The problem existed ever since:

As far as I can see looking at the links provided in the description, "Project name 0.0.0" appears only on the documentation of 6.2
Is the issue solved for 7.6 and 8 then?
