Description

Good: sysext/documentation/README.rst is given.
Problem: sysext/documentation/Settings.cfg is missing.

A Settings.yml is not needed. The problem existed ever since:
https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/documentation/6.2/
Settings.yml missing, for example in 6.2

Now: https://docs.typo3.org/typo3cms/extensions/documentation/latest/
