You can search for usernames in the user admin module.
But a search for the field realname or even other fields is not possible.
And if you use ID numbers as usernames (like we do), you'd have to look up the IDs first.
Of course, you can search for realnames in the list module.
But since there is a module for user administration, why not make this possible there, too?
