Description

The datepicker does not work in IRRE elements of extbase extension.

The "TYPO3.settings" are not populated in javascript for the inline elements, so the
datepicker does not pop up.

Error is:
TypeError: format is undefined in:

typo3/sysext/backend/Resources/Public/JavaScript/tceforms.js
