Description
Add a tooltip with the localized page type to the new page drag area above the page tree.

I put this on hold for now - a rework of pagetree is/will soon be on works
- Status changed from On Hold to Accepted

Candidate for Major Version)
This issue is solved for the new pagetree (v.9); I'm closing it for now as a fix is not planned for the old version of the pagetree.
